Attendance Policy
The CCISD Attendance Policy states that more than 15 minutes missed during the school day is considered a partial absence. In other words, if a student is more than 15 minutes late to school or picked up more than 15 minutes before dismissal the student will be considered absent for part of the day. This will then effect perfect attendance records and awards.
Breakfast at Evans
Breakfast is provided to students from 8:00 a.m. - 8:15 a.m. Students are encouraged to come to school on time to eat breakfast served right in their classrooms. ALL students eat FREE regardless of eligibility status. Research We encourage all students to take advantage of eating a nutritious breakfast right before starting their day of learning.Breakfast in the Classroom provides students with the nutrients & energy needed to learn, behave, & perform better in school.

Milk is served every day
Monday - Orange juice and assorted cereals
Tuesday - Orange juice and Poptart or cereal bar
Wednesday - Apple slices and cheese
Thursday - Assorted yogurt and breakfast bar or Crunchmania
Friday - Assorted muffins and juice
